FAQ

Straight answers, by the work.

Support and plans

Do you come on site the same day?

No. Same-day slots are for phone calls and remote support. A visit is arranged when the job and the distance allow. We do not print that as a promise.

What do the hours on the plans mean?

Core is eight hours, Growth is four, Performance is one. That is the response on a critical fault in a system we run, in business hours unless the quote says otherwise. It is not a promise that a new project is built in that time.

Are the contracts long?

No. The scope says what we watch and how either side stops. A long tie is not how this is sold.

AI and software

Will you start with a chatbot?

Only if the job is narrow and the source is real. Otherwise we start with the record, the process, or the licence you already pay for and are not using.

Do you build new software?

When the shelf product cannot hold the work. If it can, we say so before anyone starts a build. You own what we make.

Microsoft or Google?

Whichever matches the way the organisation already works. We are not a church about either.

Security and the estate

Do you run a security operations centre through the night?

No. We watch and act on the clock in your plan, using the tools you have. If you need a staffed centre beyond that, we name a partner. We will not pretend to be one.

How do you know a backup works?

We open it. A schedule that has never been restored is not a backup.

Who owns the cloud account and the domain?

You do. An account in a former employee's name, or a freelancer's hosting login, is a finding, not a setup.

Sectors

Do you only work in one sector?

No. Hospitality, education, professional services, retail, small teams, tourism, not-for-profit and clinics each have a page, because the failure looks different. The services underneath are the same set.

Can a university and a restaurant buy the same plan?

They can buy the same clock. They should not buy the same design. The sector page is the design. The plan is how fast we answer once we run it.
