AI agents for the work nobody should still be typing

The work worth giving to an agent is the work everyone can describe and nobody wants. The chase. The first draft. The row copied from a mailbox into a sheet.

We write the job, including what the agent must not do. If a client, a student or a sum of money is involved, a person still decides. Copilot and the other assistants follow the same rule: the licence is not the adoption.

Private AI is the version of this where the file cannot leave. A public chat box is the wrong place for a matter, a student record or a till export.
