Most organisations do not need another platform with their logo on it. They need the screen a person can open without a training afternoon, and one record everyone trusts.
We start with the job. Who enters it, who may see it, and which sheet is quietly doing the work of a system. If a product you already pay for can do it, we say so. If it cannot, we build the missing piece.
You own what we build. We would rather be the team you call when it needs a change than the team holding the keys.

The first useful screen is scoped in the quote. We do not sell an open-ended programme and call it agile.
