Workflow Automation
Workflow automation for the steps everyone already knows and nobody has written down.

Automation fails when it copies a process that was never agreed. We write the steps first, including the unofficial ones, and only then remove the carrying: the reminder, the approval, the copy from one system into another.
The tools are the ones you already pay for where they will do it, and a small build where they will not. An automation that only one person understands is a new single point of failure.
We leave the map with you. If a step changes, the team can change the automation, or they can call us.
What that includes
- The process written down before anything is automated
- Approvals, reminders and handoffs taken off memory
- Built in the tools you have, or a small piece beside them
- A failure case: what happens when a step is skipped
- Training so it does not depend on one person
Questions
What gets automated?
The reminder, the approval and the copy from one system to another. Not a process nobody has agreed.
What happens when a step is skipped?
That is written down before anything is switched on. An automation with no failure case is a new way to lose the work quietly.
Will it depend on one person?
No. The map stays with you. If a step changes, your team can change it, or they call us.
